

Massachusetts's Striped Bass season started on June 20th!
Moist with a robust sweet flavor, salmon and halibut-lovers will love striped bass. With large flakes and a firm texture, striper is so versatile; try it broiled, poached, steamed, fried, or grilled. 1 portion is approx. 16 oz (1 lb). We recommend 8 oz per person.
Easy Seafood Recipes - Oil, salt and pepper. Bake at 425° for 13 minutes or until done. Or try Striped Bass with Summer Corn Purée or Striped Bass with Potatoes & Olives.

Did You Know - U.S. wild-caught from Maine to North Carolina, Atlantic Striped Bass is available year round. A beautiful multi-color fish have seven to eight continuous horizontal stripes on each side, from their gills to their tail.
