Grown in the pristine waters of Barnstable, MA, these oysters are extra-tumbled and sand-finished for a perfectly formed shell and firm texture — ideal for shucking and slurping.
Originally discovered by chance, Boomamotos are now a cultivated favorite, offering the bold brine of a true Cape oyster with a smooth, almost Kumamoto-style finish.
