Easy Seafood Recipe - Slice squid tubes into 1/2" rings. Sauté garlic and chili flakes in oil for 1 minute just to release flavors. Add tube slices and tentacles and cook until opaque approx. 2 minutes. Finish with chopped parsley. For more inspiration, try Sautéed Chili Calamari or Rhode Island Style Calamari.
