We've done the work cutting the fish for you, now it's just time to assemble!
1.) Thaw poke packs in the refrigerator overnight.
2.) Pat cubes dry on a paper towel removing excess moisture.
3.) Add fish into a small serving bowl.
4.) Stir in 4 oz of poke sauce
tossing to coat the fish well.
5.) Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
Serve alongside bowls of cooked sushi rice, tortilla chips, mixed greens, sliced cucumbers, sliced avocado, scallions, shaved carrots, shaved radish, cilantro, remaining poke sauce, cubed pineapple, edamame and any other favorites.
